TFI specializes in the design and fabrication of custom polypropylene systems, including benches, enclosures, and fluidic components used in advanced laboratory environments.

Responsibilities:

Perform polypropylene (PP) welding and plastic fabrication Build lab benches, cabinets, and enclosures from engineered plastics Cut, shape, and assemble materials using hand and power tools Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings Use hot air welding and extrusion welding equipment Inspect finished parts for quality, strength, and accuracy

Requirements:

Experience in plastic welding, fabrication, or manufacturing Familiarity with polypropylene (PP), PVC, or similar materials Ability to read basic blueprints/drawings Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and work with tools safely

Preferred:

Experience with extrusion welding or hot air welding Background in custom fabrication or industrial production Experience building chemical-resistant equipment or enclosures
