As a Welding Technology Faculty member at Lincoln Tech, you'll translate your real-world experience into practical lessons that stick. No prior teaching background? We'll train you thoroughly so you can focus on mentoring and inspiring. What You'll Do Deliver Lincoln Tech's accredited Welding Technologies curriculum, building a strong foundation in theory and application. Coach students through intensive, hands-on practice in our fully equipped welding facility. Model and enforce safety protocols and industry standards every step of the way. Promote professionalism, accountability, and continual skill development. Keep classes energetic and engaging to motivate learners at every level. Assess performance regularly and provide clear, constructive feedback. Prepare students for in-demand careers in Welding Technology. What You Bring High school diploma or GED 3+ years of field experience in Pipe Welding and/or Structural Welding, including: GMAW (MIG) GTAW (TIG) SMAW (Stick) FCAW (Flux-cored arc) Plasma Cutting How We'll Support You New to teaching?
