Night Shift:

Monday-Friday, 5:30 PM - 4:30 AM | $20.30/hr (+$1.00 shift differential) Job Overview We are seeking dependable MIG/TIG Welders to join a growing manufacturing team. This role focuses primarily on MIG welding structural steel, with occasional TIG welding as needed. If you have welding experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career. Responsibilities Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on structural steel components. Complete TIG welding projects as needed. Read and follow blueprints, specifications, and work instructions. Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy. Make repairs or adjustments to meet quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work with team members to meet daily production goals. Qualifications MIG welding experience required. TIG welding experience preferred. Ability to produce quality welds on structural steel. Familiarity with welding tools and equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliable attendance and positive work ethic. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.30 - $20.30/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
