Description:

Welder (MIG/TIG) - Entry Level Day Shift Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM We are seeking entry level welders to join a growing structural steel fabrication team. This role primarily focuses on MIG (GMAW) welding with occasional TIG welding to support production needs. If you take pride in producing high-quality work and thrive in a hands-on manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on structural steel components according to specifications. Complete TIG welding on steel components as needed. Prepare, position, align, and secure materials for welding. Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards. Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and welding instructions. Maintain welding equipment and report any maintenance concerns. Adhere to all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals. Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greeley, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.30 - $20.30/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
