Pay:

$25-$38/hour DOE Schedule Monday-Thursday Four 10-hour shifts (4x10s) Must be available to work overtime on Fridays and weekends as needed Responsibilities Perform TIG welding on stainless steel components used in specialized nuclear and defense equipment Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications Produce clean, high-quality welds that meet strict quality standards Inspect and repair welds as needed Work closely with fabrication and production teams to complete assemblies Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all company quality and safety procedures Qualifications Preferred 3+ years of TIG welding experience Recent graduates from a welding program or candidates with a TIG welding certification are encouraged to apply Experience welding stainless steel is a plus Ability to read and interpret blueprints is preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed Must be a U.S. Citizen due to Department of Defense project requirements Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen #
