  • We're actively hiring skilled Welders to join a growing manufacturing team in Pueblo, Colorado. If you have hands‑on welding experience and enjoy working in a fast‑paced, modern production environment, this could be an excellent next step in your career.

Day Shift:
7:00 AM
  • 7:00 PM _or_ +
Night Shift:
7:00 PM
  • 7:30 AM + Overtime as needed
  • What You'll Be Doing
  • As a Production Welder, you'll play a key role in fabricating high‑quality components using MIG welding techniques.
Daily responsibilities include:
+ Performing MIG welding on mild steel and occasional stainless steel + Material preparation, layout, tacking, grinding, sanding, and finishing work + Inspecting welds and completed parts to ensure quality standards + Maintaining welding equipment and managing consumables + Following safety guidelines and keeping a clean, organized work area + Working collaboratively to meet production goals Experience from non‑traditional manufacturing backgrounds—such as
  • autobody repair, metal fabrication, mechanical work, or hands‑on welding trades
  • —is highly valued.
  • What We're Looking For
  • Required Skills
  • + Practical experience with
  • MIG welding
  • (additional experience with SAW, TIG, or Oxy‑Acetylene is a plus) + Ability to read and understand
  • blueprints and technical drawings
  • + Experience using rolling equipment, overhead cranes, or working with large components + Basic computer skills + Familiarity with welding automation or Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Preferred Experience
  • + Fabrication, mechanical assembly, or production/manufacturing environments + Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work + Reliable, team‑oriented mindset

  • This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO.
  • Pay and Benefits
  • The pay range for this position is $25.00
  • $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
