Perform resistance welding operations including spot welding and seam welding.
Review work orders, blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
Position and secure materials and components correctly before welding.
Adjust machine settings, welding parameters, pressure, timing, and current as required.
Monitor welding operations to ensure consistent weld quality.
Inspect completed welds for proper appearance, strength, and conformity to specifications.
Perform measurements and quality checks using appropriate tools.
Identify welding defects, equipment issues, or material problems and report them promptly.
Make necessary adjustments to equipment and processes to maintain product quality.
Perform basic equipment cleaning and maintenance as required.
Maintain accurate production and quality records.
Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
