  • Thursday, Overtime on Friday as Needed We're seeking an experienced MIG Structural Welder to join our team in Hartford, WI.
This role focuses on heavy plate welding within a fast-paced metal fabrication environment. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience with structural welds, and the ability to work independently while maintaining quality and safety standards. The company specializes in laser cutting, metal fabrication, and steel processing, delivering high-quality solutions for both prototype and production work.
Welder Responsibilities:
  • Perform MIG welding on heavy plate materials
  • Utilize .035 and .045 wire for structural welding applications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and job specifications
  • Ensure welds meet size, strength, and quality requirements
  • Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
  • Inspect finished welds for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures Requirements for
Welder:
  • Previous MIG welding experience in a structural or heavy plate environment preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
