Welder Wage:
Up to $28.00/hourShift:
1st; Monday- Thursday, Overtime on Friday as Needed We're seeking an experienced MIG Structural Welder to join our team in Hartford, WI.
Welder Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on heavy plate materials
- Utilize .035 and .045 wire for structural welding applications
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and job specifications
- Ensure welds meet size, strength, and quality requirements
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished welds for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures Requirements for
Welder:
- Previous MIG welding experience in a structural or heavy plate environment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
