About the position:

We are currently seeking experienced Mid & Senior level fabricators to join our team. We work on exciting projects that are engineered in house and built start to finish, most projects are unique, however we do also perform production manufacturing of products and parts for various industries. Projects range in size from 1" to 50'. We take on and build objects that others company's can't, to accomplish this, we need dedicated team members that take pride in their work, strive for perfection and are willing to put the extra effort and work into our projects. We will ONLY consider candidates with the following experience levels: Weld Level 02:

Mid Level:

4 to 8 Years of fabrication/welding experience

• Weld Level 03:

SR Level:

8

• +• Years of fabrication/welding experience•Pay is commensurate with experience, capabilities and outcome of welding evaluation.

Qualifications:

TIG/MIG - steel, stainless steel, aluminum, Brass/Bronze MUST be proficient TIG welder , capable of aesthetic welding, thin to thick 22GA to 0.50"+ Prior AWS certifications or welding to AWS Code d1.1 /D1.2 preferred Ability read and understand shop drawings, weld callouts for fabrication Ability to independently layout and fixture weldments Familiarity with calipers and decimal inches (Fractional to 1/32") (Decimal 0.001") Punctual, organized, dedicated and willing to work overtime when required Excellent communication skills Ability to work with others as well as work efficiently independently Knowledge and experience with various metal finishing techniques (#4,#6,#8) Experience using grinders and finishing hand tools to obtain perfect finishes Experience with saw cutting to high dimensional tolerances (including angle cutting) Basic machining knowledge and experience: Drill Press, Milling Machine, Tapping etc Knowledge and experience setting up and operating tube/bar bending and rolling machines Rigging knowledge: Overhead Crane and material handling, forklift material handling Speed and efficiency Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints to determine fabrication specifications. Utilize hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components. Perform MIG, TIG, stud welding welding to join materials securely.

Finish:

Grind and sand Welds and joints, surface prep, weld cleaning Conduct quality checks using calipers and micrometers to ensure precision. Operate cranes for lifting heavy materials and components safely. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards. Handle materials and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Work in other departments as necessary
