Responsibilities:
Perform precision TIG welding on metal components and assemblies according to specifications. Complete high-quality welds with clean finishes and proper joint integrity. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Inspect completed welds using measuring tools and gauges before quality review. Operate welding equipment, hand tools, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance needs. Track production progress using company software and production procedures. Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards. Identify production issues and communicate improvement opportunities to supervisors. Follow all company safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

PM Skills:
Experience with E2 ERP software or similar manufacturing systems. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement practices. Experience fabricating custom metal products. Ability to troubleshoot fabrication and production issues. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment. Experience welding thin-gauge metals. Basic MIG welding experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using precision measuring instruments and inspection tools. Knowledge of fabrication equipment and common shop tools. Basic computer skills. Ability to lift materials, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks. Valid driver's license. Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
