We are seeking a Fabricator to join our fabrication department in Wallingford, CT. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and repairing steel molds for our precast concrete products. Schedule Monday-Friday 6:00 am-4:30 pm Saturday 6:00 am-12:00 pm with overtime as needed Job Responsibilities Interpret blueprints to determine project requirements and specifications Fabricate steel to create molds that will hold concrete to create custom or stock items Set up and operate fabrication and welding equipment Able to work independently with minimum supervision Maintain work area, tools, and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion Qualifications 3+ years of MIG welding and fabrication (required) Ability to read and understand blueprints Experience with stick welding is a plus Knowledge of measuring tools and product tolerances Attention to detail Reliable transportation
