Ott Welding - Bonita Springs, FL Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Ott Welding is hiring an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join our team. This is NOT an entry-level welding position. We are looking for someone with hands-on fabrication experience who can read drawings, measure accurately, fit, fabricate, and weld with minimal supervision. What You'll Do Fabricate, fit, weld, cut, grind, and assemble metal components Read and work from blueprints, shop drawings, and measurements Perform quality welding and fabrication to project specifications Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Inspect your own work for accuracy, fit, and weld quality Perform both shop and field work as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Properly care for company tools and equipment Work as part of a team to complete projects correctly and on schedule What We're Looking For Professional welding/fabrication experience required Strong fitting and fabrication skills TIG welding experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings Strong measuring, layout, cutting, and fitting skills Ability to work independently without constant supervision Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to safely handle metal materials and fabrication equipment Must be authorized to work in the United States Must pass required pre-employment drug screening What Matters to Us We want skilled tradespeople who take pride in their work . Schedule:

Hours may vary depending on project and jobsite requirements. Overtime may be available based on workload and requires supervisor approval.
