Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pipe Welder with Per Diem pay of $150.00 per day and bring your expertise to challenging construction projects that demand precision and skill. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling pipe systems according to detailed blueprints and technical specifications. Your contributions will ensure the integrity and safety of piping installations across diverse construction sites, supporting critical infrastructure development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on varied projects while honing your welding craft in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Read and interpret mechanical blueprints, technical drawings, and ASME codes to accurately fabricate and install pipe systems. Perform welding operations using various techniques including Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG), and Metal Inert Gas (MIG) to join metal materials with precision. Measure and mark materials using calipers, micrometers, measuring instruments, and shop math to ensure accurate cuts and welds. Use power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, and machining equipment for cutting, shaping, and fitting pipe components. Assemble piping systems in accordance with blueprints, technical specifications, and safety protocols while adhering to AWS standards and ASME codes. Conduct quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices to verify weld integrity and dimensional accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized work area following safety procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times. Requirements 4

GTAW/SMAW 6G
position 1"thich plate FCAW 3G position 1" thick Plate FCAW 4G Position Testing will take place in Beaumont Texas or Cape Canaveral, Florida . This role is essential for ensuring high-quality pipe installations that meet rigorous safety standards while supporting the successful completion of complex construction projects.
