Now hiring Pipe Welder for site in Melbourne, FL Job Description We are seeking skilled pipe welders to join our team, responsible for performing precise welding tasks that adhere to job specifications. The role requires marking, painting, and aligning welds, as well as assembling and securing pipes and related equipment according to specifications. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading blueprints, sketches, and schematics, and capable of using measuring instruments to locate and mark pipe installations. Responsibilities Perform welding tasks to meet job specifications. Mark and paint all welds. Align, bolt, and clamp components of fabricated metal products. Assemble and secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment by welding and threading. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and schematics. Locate and mark pipe installations, connections, passage holes, or fixtures using measuring instruments. Assemble pipe sections using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing, or welding equipment. Why Work Here? Weekly Pay Overtime Benefits 401K Work Environment Work primarily takes place on the Northrup Grumman project next to Melbourne Airport. Expect to work both indoors and outdoors, facing varying weather conditions. Safety is a priority; proper PPE, including hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and high-visibility clothing, is mandatory. Collaborate with other contractors on-site to ensure timely project completion.

N Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Melbourne, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $29.00/hr.
