Overview We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various welding techniques and fabrication processes, with experience in construction and manufacturing environments. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively. As a Welder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products through precise welding and assembly. Responsibilities Perform
SMAW, FCAW
on carbon steel plate metal. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to fabricate components according to design requirements. Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure compliance with AWS codes & standards. Operate forklifts safely to move materials around the workplace. Execute pipe rigging tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Skills Proficient in FCAW, stick welding (SMAW), and air arc (arc gouge). Strong understanding of construction site practices and safety measures. Experience with fabrication processes. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to welding tasks. Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues. Ability to operate forklifts safely.
