Overview We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components, ensuring high-quality welds that meet industry standards. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can read blueprints and work effectively in a construction site environment. Duties Perform welding tasks using various techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding. 5 Year TIG experience required. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications. Fabricate metal components according to design specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for cutting, grinding, and shaping materials. Conduct pipe threading as required for specific projects. Operate cranes and other lifting equipment to move heavy materials safely. Measure dimensions accurately using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure precision in fabrication. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Proven experience as a Welder in a construction site or manufacturing environment, 5 years required. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings is essential. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to welding tasks are necessary. Experience with hand tools, power tools, and crane operation is advantageous.
