We are currently seeking an experienced fabricator/welder to join our team of experts. Pay is based on experience and ability.

Essential skills:

Ability to read, interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineered drawings, specifications, weld symbols, and other written instructions or procedures to accurately create products Experienced with multiple welding processes (MIG, TIG, stick, flux-core) Experienced with fabrication tools and machinery Proficient in fabrication of handrail/stairs and familiar with structural steel Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets required standards Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures Critical thinking and problem solving Good communication skills Initiative, high attention to detail and self-motivation skills Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety guidelines and policies as defined by Specialty Fabrication & Welding Qualification requirements High School Diploma or GED Thorough understanding of AWS standards Minimum of 2 years structural steel experience required Minimum of 2 years handrail experience required Prefer candidate with GMAW and GTAW experience in aluminum and steel CAD experience preferred Basic computer navigation and utilization skills Must be able to work in a team environment and respect all teammates Physical demands and abilities Regularly lift 30-50 pounds Ability to operate a fork-lift and an overhead crane
