Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dedicated manufacturing team at Munroe Inc. In this role, you will be crucial in fabricating and assembling metal structures and components, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine the appropriate welding processes and materials required Operate various welding equipment and tools, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding machines, to fabricate and repair metal components Conduct thorough inspections of welds to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on welding equipment to maintain optimal performance Collaborate with engineers and production staff to optimize welding techniques and processes Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment Required Qualifications Proven experience as a Welder, in a manufacturing or construction setting Certification in welding (e.g., AWS Certified Welder) is preferred Strong understanding of welding techniques, metal properties, and safety standards Ability to operate welding equipment and tools proficiently Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with advanced welding techniques and processes, such as Inconel and stainless steel welding Knowledge of heat treatment and metal finishing processes Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding Experience with reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings Familiarity with welding safety standards and quality control measures Location This role requires successful candidates to be based in-person at our facility located in Ringgold, GA.

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
