We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Welder with strong experience in MIG and TIG welding, specifically working with steel and aluminum. The ideal candidate can operate independently and be team lead; someone who isn't afraid to learn new responsibilities . This is not a production welding role—we're looking for a craftsman who takes pride in precision and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel and aluminum materials Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols Set up, adjust, and maintain welding equipment and workstations independently Fabricate and assemble components to precise specifications Inspect welds to ensure structural integrity and quality standards Troubleshoot welding issues and make necessary adjustments Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards

Qualifications:

Certified Welder (AWS or equivalent certification preferred) Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding, specifically on steel and aluminum Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience with custom fabrication or non-production welding environments Ability to set up and manage your own welding station High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Must have their own welding gear, for example, welding helmet, side shields, etc. Must be able to pass a drug test & background before the start of employment

Preferred Skills:

Experience with fabrication tools (grinders, saws, etc.) Knowledge of welding codes and standards Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
