ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB

Be able to read orders and blueprints. Follow directions for job orders and production schedule. Help where needed throughout the plant. Maintain PPE for good working conditions. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY

Understand industrial safety procedures and always adhere to company safety standards. Able to take directions, communicate with others, and complete tasks efficiently with a high level of quality. Attention to detail to be able to point out missing welds and make product look good before paint. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
