General Responsibilities & Duties:

Experienced welder/fabricator with strong MIG and TIG welding skills in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum fabrication. Able to read blueprints, perform precision fit-up, fabricate custom parts, and operate shop equipment safely and efficiently. Skilled in structural fabrication, grinding, cutting, assembly, and quality inspection while maintaining high production and safety standards. Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metals and thicknesses Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols Fabricate, fit, and assemble metal components to specifications Operate fabrication equipment including grinders, saws, presses, and cutting tools Measure, cut, tack, and finish materials accurately Inspect welds for quality, strength, and appearance Maintain clean and safe work areas Follow OSHA and company safety procedures Skills & Qualifications MIG and TIG welding experience Blueprint and tape measure proficiency Strong fabrication and layout skills Knowledge of metal types and welding processes Ability to use hand and power tools safely Experience with grinding, fitting, and finishing Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods AWS certification preferred but not required

You will leverage your measuring, machining, and metal knowledge to contribute to high-quality welds and joined assemblies, while complying with safety and quality guidelines. Your expertise in fabrication, fabrication processes, and welding codes will help drive efficient production and reliable results.
