Job Summary Join our team as a Welding Team Member and contribute to building the future through data centers. In this role, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks essential to the construction and assembly of critical infrastructure components. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and committed to producing high-quality welds that meet industry standards. Responsibilities Perform welding operations according to project specifications, blueprints, and safety guidelines. Assist in the assembly and fabrication of structural components for data center infrastructure. Ensure all welding work is completed efficiently while maintaining high quality standards. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines. Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment. Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to technical requirements. Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring they are in proper working condition. Skills Proven experience in welding, with knowledge of various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or Stick welding. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Physical dexterity and stamina required for handling tools and working in various positions. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Pay:
$21.15 - $26.92 per hour
