We specialize in custom metal fabrication and take pride in building projects the right way. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated Fabricator / Welder to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who has basic welding or fabrication training and wants to build a long-term career in metal fabrication. You will work alongside experienced fabricators and shop leadership to learn shop processes, improve your skills, and contribute to production. Responsibilities Assist with fabrication and welding projects Perform basic MIG welding (TIG/Stick experience a plus) Cut, grind, clean, and prep materials Read and follow basic shop drawings (training provided) Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures at all times Support senior fabricators as needed Qualifications Welding school graduate or 1-2 years of experience preferred Basic knowledge of MIG welding Ability to read a tape measure accurately Willingness to learn and take direction Strong work ethic and reliability Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a shop environment What We Offer On-the-job training and skill development Opportunity for advancement Stable, full-time employment Competitive starting pay Supportive team environment
