Full-Time | Indoor Warehouse Gem State Staffing in Pocatello is hiring experienced Welders for an indoor steel fabrication environment in Pocatello. This is an opportunity to work on large-scale, custom steel projects that end up in some pretty impressive places.

What You'll Do:

• Perform MIG welding on steel components and fabricated structures
• Read and follow welding blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Weld in 1G and 2G positions
• Perform quality welds with proper penetration, appearance, and consistency
• Fabricate and assemble steel components
• Measure, fit, tack, and weld steel accurately
• Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, and welding equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety and quality standards

Requirements:

• Previous professional welding experience
• Must be able to pass a 1G and 2G weld test
• Experience with MIG welding / wire welding
• Ability to read and understand welding drawings or blueprints
• Ability to measure and work with steel accurately
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/fabrication environment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to safely use welding equipment and related tools Why This Job?
