Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints. This role involves working in an industrial setting, utilizing welding machines and both hand and power tools to build and assemble metal structures and components. The Fabricator/Welder will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. Responsibilities Operate various hand tools and power tools to fabricate metal components. Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Perform welding tasks using different techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding. Build structures by assembling parts according to specifications. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with customer specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines. Requirements Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder or similar role in an industrial environment. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Strong understanding of reading schematics and technical drawings. Knowledge of various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and stick welding. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must adhere to all safety protocols.
