Job Title:

MIG/TIG Welder - Stainless Steel Conveyor Systems Job Description This role focuses on MIG and TIG welding of stainless steel components for conveyor systems in a clean, modern facility. You will spend most of your time welding and assembling structures directly from blueprints, performing your own quality checks, and contributing to the fabrication and assembly of continuous industrial process equipment. Responsibilities Perform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel components, including both the inside and outside of structures. Assist and support mechanical assembly projects Read and interpret blueprints to weld and assemble components accurately throughout the shift. Perform your own quality checks on welds, including visual inspection and testing, to ensure all work meets required standards. Fabricate and machine materials as needed to support conveyor system builds and refurbishments. Work at a welding station and in a small machine area to assemble belt systems on site. Essential Skills 5+ years of experience in welding and assembling metal structures. 1-2 years of TIG welding experience, preferably on stainless steel. Proficiency in MIG welding and TIG welding on stainless steel. Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. Why Work Here? Work Environment You will work in a first-shift production role in a newly relocated, clean, and well-organized facility. Typical hours are 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. You will spend approximately 90% of your time welding, supported by modern tools and equipment, and will train and work closely with a hands-on welding lead who is present on the production floor every day. .
