Weekly Pay Starting Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00

Shift:

1st •Saturday as needed/scheduled

Responsibilities:

Set-up & operate welder by using variety of techniques in a safe manner Advise supervisor of faulty operations Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, or sketches to determine what needs to be done ensuring correct measurements Must follow quality standards to prevent rework Perform hourly weld tests and perform quality checks Ability to lift heavy pieces of metal while standing, crouching, or bending for long periods of time Monitor welding process and adjust heat Calculate and measure dimensions Must comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications:

Attention to detail to ensure high-quality work and prevents errors or safety incidents Ability to communicate well with others Must have excellent attendance General mathematical knowledge and proficiency with basic measuring instruments High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience working as a MIG welder is preferred & must pass a welding test
