Welder Duties & Responsibilities may include: Lay out and weld assemblies per engineering prints within pre-determined tolerances. Identify potential improvements and communicate to Production Leads. Identify and repair any defects prior to parts removal from weld department. Work directly with Production Leads, Production Supervisor, and Engineers to solve project specific issues. Maintain departmental documentation as needed.
