Located in Lacon, Illinois Hardin is ISO9001:2015 certified and operates in 55,000 square feet of fully craned space. If you are experienced in Mig welding, this is a great opportunity to advance your skills. You will work alongside an experienced team who is there to assist you every step of the way. Welder Duties & Responsibilities may include: Lay out and weld assemblies per engineering prints within pre-determined tolerances. Identify potential improvements and communicate to Production Leads. Identify and repair any defects prior to parts removal from weld department. Work directly with Production Leads, Production Supervisor, and Engineers to solve project specific issues. Maintain departmental documentation as needed.
