Hiring Immediately About the Job All Pro Welding Service is looking for a dependable Welder / Fabricator to join our team for an 8-week contract . We have an immediate workload and need someone who can jump in and help with custom fabrication, welding, repairs, and vehicle maintenance. We are not a production shop. Every day is different. You'll work on trailers, heavy equipment, structural steel, custom fabrication, and company vehicles. If you enjoy solving problems and working on a variety of projects, this is the job for you. What You'll Do MIG, TIG, and Stick welding Fabricate, repair, and modify metal parts Read blueprints and work orders Cut, drill, grind, fit, and assemble steel Perform basic vehicle and trailer maintenance Assist with heavy equipment repairs Use shop tools and fabrication equipment Inspect finished work for quality Keep your work area clean and safe Help with other shop projects as needed What We're Looking For Welding and fabrication experience Good mechanical skills Ability to read blueprints Experience working on vehicles, trailers, or equipment is a plus Reliable and on time Positive attitude and strong work ethic Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to work safely Schedule Full-Time-Temp Mon-Sat Overtime may be available Pay $21.00-$28.50 per hour , depending on experience.
