Summary The right candidate will:
Perform welding operations such as arc, MIG, TIG brazing and burning in all positions on a variety of metals. Operate drill press to make parts for fabrication. Record measurements, record pertinent information as required. Weld per
SMAW, GMAW, GTAW
standards; vertical up, vertical down, and horizontal Plasma arc cutting Air carbon arc cutting Pipe bending, fitting, welding, and threading Use horizontal and vertical saws, torch, and cut off wheel Set up and operate all welding machines, be able to do basic troubleshooting Set up and operate all machines in the fabrication area, be able to do basic troubleshooting What you'll need: Must have GED or High school Diplomas Basic knowledge of mechanical applications Follow instructions and established procedures.
