Overview We are seeking skilled and reliable Welders to support fabrication and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for performing MIG, TIG, and arc welding to fabricate, repair, and maintain metal structures and components. The ideal candidate has strong blueprint reading skills, welding experience, and a commitment to quality and safety. Positions available on 1st and 2nd shifts . Responsibilities Perform MIG, TIG, and arc welding on metal structures, equipment, and components. Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to determine welding requirements. Inspect completed welds to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. Perform adjustments and repairs as needed to maintain product quality. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment. Clean, maintain, and properly care for welding equipment and tools. Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to the supervisor. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time. Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers regarding job progress and issues. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with company policies. Support continuous improvement and production efficiency initiatives. Properly manage and handle hazardous and non-hazardous waste, including recycling. Participate in emergency preparedness and safety compliance initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years of welding experience required. Welding certification or completion of a welding training program preferred. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and arc welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
