Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Pay:
$32-$38/ hour Depending on your skills and experience Are you a skilled welder and fabricator looking for a leadership role where you can put your expertise to work while mentoring others? We are seeking a Senior Welder/Fabricator to lead complex fabrication projects, produce high-quality components, and help drive continuous improvement within our fabrication shop. What You'll Do Perform advanced welding, fabrication, machining, assembly, and finishing work. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and CAD drawings. Fabricate and repair parts using steel, aluminum, and other materials. Troubleshoot fabrication challenges and develop effective solutions. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and accuracy. Maintain fabrication equipment and support preventative maintenance efforts. Train and mentor junior welders and fabricators. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines. A Day in the Life Your day begins at 7:00 AM with a review of the day's projects and priorities. You'll spend most of your shift welding, fabricating, machining, and assembling custom components while working from blueprints and technical drawings. Throughout the day, you'll inspect finished work, troubleshoot fabrication issues, and assist team members with technical challenges. You'll also collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality standards before wrapping up your day at 3:30 PM. Requirements What We're Looking For 5- 7+ years of welding, fabrication, or machining experience. Previous lead or senior-level fabrication experience preferred. Strong blueprint and technical drawing interpretation skills. Experience with welding, cutting, machining, and assembly processes. Understanding of quality control and inspection procedures. Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex fabrication issues. Strong communication and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Welding or fabrication certifications. CNC machine operation or programming experience. Experience with automated welding equipment. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles. Manufacturing experience in heavy industrial, automotive, or aerospace environments. Working knowledge of OSHA and fabrication safety standards. Why Apply?
