Hands-On Work Shift:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM

• 3:30 PM Are you a skilled welder who takes pride in high-quality work?

Join a fast-paced custom fabrication shop where no two projects are the same. In this role, you'll take ownership of your work-from setup to final inspection-while building your skills in a supportive, growth-focused environment. What You'll Do + Perform MIG welding on mild steel, sheet metal, and heavy plate + Read and follow blueprints and work orders + Fit and align parts prior to welding + Set up your own welding equipment (wire selection, settings, etc.) + Inspect finished welds to ensure quality and accuracy + Complete basic quality and inspection documentation + Use hand and shop tools to prep, position, and finish materials + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace Role Options Based on Experience +

Welder:

Focus on heavy plate welding (cored wire, AWS D1.1 standards) +

Welder/Fitter:

Work on full projects from fit-up through final weld (training available) What We're Looking For Required + MIG welding experience in a fabrication or job shop environment + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Experience with fit-up and part alignment + Ability to set up equipment and inspect your own work + Basic shop math skills (measuring to 1/16" or 1/32") + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Preferred (Nice to Have) + TIG and/or Stick welding experience + AWS D1.1 certification or similar experience + Cored wire welding experience + Sheet metal or custom fabrication + Willingness to cross-train and grow your skill set Why Join Us? + Consistent first shift schedule

• $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
