Job Title:
TIG Welder Job Description 1st shift $20-35/hr We are seeking a certified welder with expertise in
MIG , TIG
, and other welding processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong fabrication skills and the ability to collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve complex welding challenges. Responsibilities + Fabricate piping, pressure vessels, and other types of equipment using
TIG , MIG
, and other welding processes.
+ Design test fixturing as necessary to support fabrication activities.
+ Recommend changes to procedures and processes to improve efficiency and quality of the product.
+ Perform field fabrication activities as necessary.
+ Support sales and marketing activities that result in increased revenue, sustainable growth, and customer satisfaction.
+ Work closely with engineers and production personnel to resolve complex welding and fabrication problems. Essential Skills
+ Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding processes.
+ ASME Certification.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Minimum of five years of welding experience.
+ Strong communication and customer interaction skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High School diploma required, Associates Degree or related degree from an accredited institution preferred.
+ State-approved apprenticeship program, or equivalent education or experience.
+ Knowledge and experience working in a machine/manufacturing shop.
+ Ability to pressure test and perform leak testing is a plus. Why Work Here?
