m. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times. The hourly rate for this position is $25.44/hr per hour, plus a $0.50 shift differntial. Weld Technicians will also follow a wage progression schedule and will reach $27.40 per hour after 12 months Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. What you'll do: The Welding Technician will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and precision of welded components. The technician will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints and welding symbols, participating in quality inspections, and collaborating within a cross-functional team of skills welders. In this function, you will: Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding symbols. Perform quality inspections to ensure weld integrity and product standards. Equipment used in this role includes robotic welders, hand welders, progressive welders, and AutoMig welding equipment

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:
