MIG Welder / Fabricator Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a manufacturing company in the Columbia City area, is seeking experienced MIG Welders to join their team. Job Summary:

Pay:

$22.00•$28.00+ per hour based on experience and weld test 1st

Shift:

5:00 AM•4:00 PM 2nd

Shift:

4:00 PM•2:30 AM 2nd

Shift Premium:

Additional $3.00 per hour Perform MIG welding on steel components Use cutting torch and other welding equipment Perform fast-paced, high-temperature welds Read and interpret blueprints Maintain quality and production standards Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications:

Previous MIG welding experience required Ability to perform quality welds in a fast-paced environment Ability to read and understand blueprints Experience with cutting torch preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Must provide your own welding helmet for the weld test Why Peoplelink Staffing?
