  • Join Koch Finishing Systems as an Entry-Level Welder/Fabricator at our Evansville, IN facility.

We're hiring immediately for full-time, day shift positions (Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM). Training provided — a welding certification (AWS, ASME, NCCER, or equivalent) is required to get started.   • 33.03/hr, based on experience and certification + weekly pay Paid holidays, vacation, PTO & EPTO Medical, dental & vision insurance Retirement plans Tuition & fitness reimbursement Team member referral bonus: $500
  • 1,000 per successful hire What You'll Do Assemble and weld ductwork, doors, tanks, piping, ovens, curtain coaters, and heaters Set up and operate saws, drill presses, ironworkers, shears, punches, rollers, and benders Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and fabrication specifications Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, or crawl for the duration of the shift Ability to wear required PPE (safety glasses, welding helmet/gloves, steel-toe boots) for the full shift Ability to work safely around moving equipment, machinery, and welding operations in a manufacturing environment Qualifications Required Welding certificate from a technical school, community college, or high school CTE program, OR AWS, ASME, NCCER, or equivalent welding certification Preferred Experience Prior MIG/TIG welding or fabrication experience Reading a tape measure accurately Prior experience in a manufacturing, production, or factory environment What We're Looking For Dependable, hands-on team players Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Willing to learn and follow directions Apply today•start your career with Koch Finishing Systems!
