Job Description
Seeking a MIG Welder for a 1st shift opportunity located in Fort Wayne, IN. Candidates must have SOME fabrication and blueprint reading experience but most will be jig/fixture type welding. Perform MIG Welding on square and round tube material Follows blueprints and shop drawings Lay out components, align, and fit components together Repairs products by straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts Set up equipment and weld parts; use drills, grinders, reamers, and impacts as necessary Ability to read a tape measure Operate different torches and grinders Follow all safety standards
Requirements:
previous experience in a MIG welding previous experience in a fabrication role must be able to read and interpret blueprints MUST be able to produce aestically solid welds Salary info: $20
- $22 DOE 1st shift 7:30am
- 4:30pm Monday
- Thurs, 7:30am
- 11:30am Fridays MUST have own welding hood
