ASAP We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder with 5+ years of experience to join a growing manufacturing team in Fort Wayne. This is an excellent opportunity with the potential for direct hire after 90 days based on performance, attendance, and production needs.

Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met Use measuring tools and gauges to verify specifications Grind, clean, and prepare materials for welding Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of TIG welding experience Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
