Structural Welder / Pipe Welder Penmac Staffing is hiring experienced Structural Welders and Pipe Welders for immediate openings. These full-time positions offer steady hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to work with a variety of welding processes and steel components in a production environment.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience Requirements High school diploma or GED required Previous welding experience required Ability to pass an onsite weld test Ability to read and interpret welding symbols, blueprints, and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work efficiently and meet production deadlines Must be willing to complete a criminal background check and drug screening Essential Duties and Responsibilities Perform structural and pipe welding using stick, gas, and flux-cored welding processes Operate manual, semi-automatic, and automatic welding equipment Produce high-quality welds that meet strength, safety, and appearance standards Set up and prepare welding jobs with minimal supervision Maintain productivity while following company quality and safety requirements

Day Shift:
