$23-27/hour (depending on experience)

Shift:

1st shift

•5:30am-3:30pm Monday

•Thursday LSI Staffing is hiring Welders for a leading metalworking facility specializing in stamping, fabrication, value-added assembly, tooling, and machining.

What You'll Do:

Set up and operate welding equipment to fabricate metal components Perform MIG, spot, and robotic welding as needed Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols Weld and assemble parts using various techniques and tools Inspect and measure parts for quality and accuracy Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

What We're Looking For:

Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Experience with MIG welding and working with stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum Ability to meet weld quality standards consistently Willingness to supply your own hand tools

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or

GED 6-12

months of related experience or vocational training in metal fabrication

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for 10-12 hour shifts How to
