Position Overview A&S Metal Recycling is seeking a Welder/Fabricator to join our growing warehouse team. This role focuses on repairing, fabricating, and maintaining metal bins and equipment , along with general facility maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities Repair, fabricate, and maintain metal bins and containers Perform MIG welding, cutting, grinding, and torch work Complete daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment per schedule Perform general maintenance on warehouse machinery and grounds Operate forklifts safely and efficiently Assist with warehouse and yard operations as needed Requirements Minimum 2 years welding/fabrication experience Knowledge of safety protocols related to welding operations and metal fabrication environments. Forklift experience required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to follow instructions and work a full‑time schedule Must be able to work in inclement weather Strong communication skills Great attitude, eager to learn, and a team‑player mindset Follow safety protocols rigorously during all welding and fabrication activities to maintain a safe work environment for all team members. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced settings while maintaining high standards of quality.
