Webco Manufacturing is seeking a Senior MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our precision sheet metal team in Alto, GA. In this role, you will perform advanced MIG welding, fabrication, layout, and assembly of custom metal components to tight tolerances. You will read and interpret blueprints, operate fabrication equipment, inspect weld quality, and support continuous improvement and safety initiatives. As a senior team member, you will help mentor other welders and collaborate closely with engineering and production to deliver high-quality products on schedule. Responsibilities Perform advanced MIG welding on a variety of metals and thicknesses to meet print specifications Fabricate, fit, and assemble custom metal components using layout tools and fixtures Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions Set up and operate welding and fabrication equipment safely and efficiently Inspect welds and parts for quality, dimensions, and adherence to tolerances Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following company safety standards Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve fabrication issues Assist in training and mentoring less experienced welders and fabricators Contribute ideas to continuous improvement and process efficiency initiatives Follow production schedules and meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards Required Skills MIG welding Metal fabrication Blueprint reading Weld inspection and quality control Layout and measurement Use of hand and power tools Operating fabrication equipment Fixture and jig setup Safety procedures in manufacturing Basic math and measurement skills
