Welder Position:

Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on heavy-duty steel Read blueprints and welding symbols to fabricate components to spec Inspect and repair welds to ensure structural strength and quality Operate grinders, saws, and cutting torches for fabrication Maintain a safe, clean workspace and meet production goals Follow all policies and procedures in place Completes any other related tasks as needed Qualifications and Desired Skills for Fabricator /

Welder Position:

High school diploma or equivalent 3-5+ years of professional welding experience (MIG, TIG, and Stick) Skilled in welding multiple positions and working with structural steel Experience in modular construction, defense, or high-spec manufacturing Able to read blueprints and work to tight tolerances Knowledge of welding safety practices and proper PPE use Physically able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Ability to stand for duration of shift If you have the experience and skills we're looking for, apply to Luttrell Staffing today!
