Responsibilities Execute precise MIG and Stick welding techniques to assemble complex metal components. Translate technical blueprints and engineering schematics into actionable production plans. Ensure dimensional accuracy by utilizing precision measurement tools, including tape measures and calipers. Optimize welding equipment settings to maintain high-efficiency production workflows. Conduct rigorous quality inspections to verify that all fabrications meet strict design tolerances. Uphold a culture of safety by maintaining an organized workspace and adhering to industrial health standards. Coordinate with cross-functional team members to ensure project milestones and delivery timelines are achieved. Qualifications Required Skills Demonstrated professional experience in metal fabrication and welding. Advanced proficiency in MIG and Stick welding processes. Strong technical literacy with the ability to interpret complex blueprints. Proven track record of using precision measurement tools for quality control. High school diploma or equivalent educational background. Preferred Skills Relevant welding certifications or vocational training.
