Welder Job Description Join our team as a MIG Welder, where you will use Metal Inert Gas (MIG) welding equipment to expertly join metal parts according to blueprints and specifications. Responsibilities Use MIG welding equipment to join metal parts according to blueprints and specifications. Ensure precise and accurate welding according to structural requirements. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan the layout and execution of welding tasks. Maintain welding equipment and report any issues for repair or replacement. Essential Skills Proficiency in MIG welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong understanding of welding and fabrication processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in welding and fabrication of structures is advantageous. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
