Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and demonstrate proficiency in various fabrication and welding techniques. This role involves interpreting blueprints, operating hand and power tools, and ensuring high-quality assembly of components. A commitment to safety and precision is essential. Responsibilities Fabricate metal components using various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding. Utilize plasma cutting equipment for shaping materials as per design specifications. Assemble fabricated parts using hand tools, power tools, and rigging equipment. Conduct quality checks on finished products using tape measure and other measuring tools to ensure adherence to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and project goals. Qualifications Proven experience in fabrication and welding, with a strong understanding of mechanical principles. Experience in operating hand tools, power tools, and plasma cutting equipment is essential. Ability to use measuring instruments such as micrometers accurately. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
