Fabrication Welder Pay:
$17-$20/hour
DOE Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00

Experience:
3-5 years required #SHV Job Description We are seeking an experienced Fabrication Welder to join a growing team in Bossier City, LA. This position is ideal for a skilled welder who is comfortable working from drawings and measurements to fabricate, fit, and weld metal components. Candidates must have 3-5 years of hands-on welding and fabrication experience and be able to work independently while maintaining high standards for quality and safety. Responsibilities Perform welding and fabrication of metal components and assemblies Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and fabrication specifications Measure, cut, fit, and assemble materials accurately Perform MIG welding and other welding processes as required Use grinders, saws, cutting equipment, and common fabrication tools Inspect completed welds and fabricated parts for quality and accuracy Maintain proper fit-up, alignment, and weld appearance Follow shop safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Complete projects according to production schedules and specifications Qualifications 3-5 years of welding/fabrication experience required Strong MIG welding and fabrication skills Ability to read a tape measure accurately Ability to read and work from blueprints or fabrication drawings Experience with cutting, grinding, fitting, and metal preparation Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable attendance and reliable transportation Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical fabrication work throughout the shift Compensation & Schedule This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position with a consistent 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule. Pay ranges from $17-$20 per hour , depending on welding and fabrication experience. Qualified candidates with the required fabrication experience are encouraged to apply today.
