Full Job Description Description:
Ready to put your welding skills to work and continue learning? We are looking for a Welder to join our operations team. In this role, you will fit and weld steel and stainless steel components while working alongside experienced team members. We welcome candidates with welding knowledge gained through employment, technical training, school, or other hands-on experience. What You'll Do Fit, align, and weld steel and stainless steel components according to specifications. Read and follow drawings, work orders, blueprints, and fabrication instructions. Safely operate welding equipment and related fabrication tools. Inspect completed welds and assemblies for quality and accuracy. Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures. Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe. Assist with assembly and other production activities when needed. Participate in cross-training to learn and support other production areas. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
What You'll Bring A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience. MIG welding knowledge gained through work, technical training, school, or hands-on experience. Basic math and measurement skills. The ability to read, or willingness to learn to read, blueprints and fabrication drawings. A commitment to safe work and quality results. The ability to work well with others and follow instructions. Helpful, but Not Required Experience welding or fabricating stainless steel. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
