Experienced TIG / Flux Core Welder We are looking for dependable welders who can produce quality work in a fast-paced environment. Schedule Monday-Friday 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM 30-minute lunch Two paid 15-minute breaks Overtime available Up to 7 days per week during peak production Responsibilities Perform TIG and/or Flux Core welding on various materials Read and interpret welding drawings and specifications Produce high-quality welds that meet company standards Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Previous TIG or Flux Core welding experience required Must be able to pass a hands-on weld test Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints is preferred Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Reliable transportation and excellent attendance Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a manufacturing or shop environment #insj
